No way Sen. Kohl opposes government-paid abortion

Herb Kohl’s opposition to government-paid abortion lasted about a micro-second.

    COMMENTS

Herb Kohl has become a national embarrassment, and it's aided by a sleep walking news media that gives Kohl a free pass. From asking Sam Alito the same question twice in a row during his 2005 conformation hearing, lying to constituents about federal funding of abortion, and being silent on just about every major issue, Herb Kohl has become "nobody's Senator!"

I don't understand why Wisconsinites tolerate such bad representation. As much as I disagree with Russ Feingold at least he makes an effort to represent Wisconsin. Herb Kohl seems to be taking a nap! And the less he does, the more popular he gets.

The lesson for a Wisconsin Senator is do nothing, because if you try to work hard for Wisconsin, you go down like Joe McCarthry, or Bob Kasten.

Herb Kohl was elected in a time or prosperity ...... and ...... his era of success [ coming from his father's entreprenuership / free enterprise system] is waning in the current interest he holds in the KOHL stock market ...... how he can profess to be representative of the 'people' in this day and age is beyond comprehension. AND YET - the people have allowed this passivity in the midst of there own passive nature .... it will take some sort of radical action in this country to return to the Godly principles it was founded on .... and to clean up the houses of Congress to be more representative of God's Will for our Country ..........
