Kagen statement re: Charles Rangel's decision to step aside

KAGEN STATEMENT REGARDING CHARLES RANGEL’S DECISION TO STEP ASIDE FROM WAYS AND MEANS CHAIRMANSHIP
WASHINGTON, DC- Congressman Steve Kagen, M.D. released following statement in response to the announcement that Representative Charles Rangel has temporarily stepped down from his post as chairman Ways and Means Committee:
"I'm working hard to bring jobs back to Wisconsin and responsibility back to Washington, and if that means leadership in the House of Representatives must change - so be it."

I wonder if he is referring to Charlie or if the leadership he refers to is the current Democrat majority in congress. If there's change, so be it. We should be so fortunate.
