Expensive UW biomass plant is history
Ohmigosh. Boondoggle reversed. Great news that makes all the sense in the world.

Jo, the biomass plant was iffy as far as whether it would pay for itself. Not so wind energy. Thus the comments from your link;

Walker should be widely condemned by conservatives as well as liberals for killing jobs while declaring Wisconsin "Open for Business". It appears he means only business he likes.
